No returns or exchanges are accepted. 

However, Mycas editions undertakes  to refund or exchange with the delivery costs as soon as the goods are delivered to Mycas editions under the following conditions:

If the product arrives at your home and is damaged, we invite you  email us a photo of the damaged product and return it to us. An email will be sent to you to guarantee the refund  and   when Mycas Éditions has received the product, we will proceed with the exchange or refund conditions.

A delay of 6 to 15 working days  must be allocated to processing orders for available products. 

It takes between 10 and 20 business days to the rest of Canada and the United States.

International deliveries a delay of 5 to 6  weeks.

However, the Mycas artist cannot be held responsible for non-compliance with the delivery times displayed.

A notice of product shortage will be sent to you by email. The Mycas artist will not be liable at any time for any damage you may have suffered due to a shortage of stock.
