No returns or exchanges are accepted.
However, Mycas editions undertakes to refund or exchange with the delivery costs as soon as the goods are delivered to Mycas editions under the following conditions:
If the product arrives at your home and is damaged, we invite you email us a photo of the damaged product and return it to us. An email will be sent to you to guarantee the refund and when Mycas Éditions has received the product, we will proceed with the exchange or refund conditions.

Il faut compter entre 10 et 20 jours ouvrables dans le reste du Canada et aux État-Unis.
Les livraisons internationnales un délai de 5 à 6 semaines.

Un avis de rupture de produits vous sera envoyé par courriel. L'artiste Mycas ne sera en aucun temps repnsable de tout dommage que vous auriez pu subir en raison d'une rupture de stock.
